SDI Underwater Navigation - Veterans Program

Be the diver everyone else wants to follow on the dive as you develop a legendary sense of direction with our Underwater Navigation Specialty course. Underwater navigation can be a bit tricky but by the conclusion of this course, you’ll know how to rise to the occasion. You will learn to use all of the tools of the trade, including natural navigation (structure, light, bottom composition) and a compass.

When you book this course, one of our instructors will contact you to share the course materials for the online portion of your training.

Once you're ready and have completed your e-learning, they will help you schedule in-shop, class time, and dives to complete your course. This course INCLUDES e-learning, classroom, instructor time, and the prescribed number of dives needed to complete the course for the agency standards.

Dives may be divided between shore, lake, and boat as weather permits. Any additional dives that may be needed, above and beyond the standards will be charged to the student.

How It Works:

Sign Up for the SDI Divemaster Program
- Register for the SDI Divemaster course and pay in advance.
- Classroom portions are completed via Zoom, and all in-water sessions are held at our Stuart, Florida location.
Earn Your SDI Divemaster Certification
- Gain the leadership and teaching skills needed to become a Divemaster, including dive planning, risk management, and dive group supervision.
Submit Your VA Form 22-0803
- After you complete the course, Stuart Scuba will assist with submitting your VA Form 22-0803 for reimbursement from the VA.
